Delivery only takes place against payment in advance. We offer the following payment methods:

• SEPA Transfer
• Creditcard (through Paypal)
• Paypal

The shipping costs are based on the weight and the destination and are calculated during the checkout process. The shipment normally takes place latest one day after we received your payment. The insurance covers a value of maximum 500,- € per shipment.

Shipments are normally delivered in ca. 1-2 days in Germany and Austria and 3-4 days in Switzerland and the EU. We also offer Express or Overnight Shipment - please contact us for this.

The shipping costs mentioned below do not contain VAT; depending on the location and the tax configuration the VAT will be added. Please also keep in mind, that depending on your country, additional tax or custom fee will be due.
