We only deliver after prepayment; delivery on account is only made to verified existing customers. We offer the following payment options:

• SEPA bank transfer
• Credit card (via Paypal)
• Paypal

The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order and are calculated at the end of the checkout process. Your order is usually dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment for goods in stock. Each shipment is insured up to a value of €500.

The standard delivery time is approx. 2-3 days for Germany and Austria and 4-5 days for Switzerland and the EU. 

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping costs are subject to the statutory VAT of 19%.
